Themes for 2019...

.... so sorry, this post has been a long time coming but what with the big house move these past two weeks - my life is topsy turvy to say the least!

So, without further adieu, here they are:

Theme One:

The Twelve Days of Christmas:
(this has been so popular that it is going to be a regular, I think)

January - A partridge in a Pear Tree
February - Two Turtle Doves
March- Three French Hens
April - Four Calling Birds
May - Five Gold Rings
June - Six Geese-a-Laying
July - Seven Swans-a-Swimming

August - Eight Maids-a-Milking
September - Nine Ladies Dancing
October - Ten Lords-a-Leaping
November - Eleven Pipers Piping
December - Twelve Drummers Drumming

Theme Two:

CHRISTMAS CAROLS: (this has also been so popular that it is also going to be a regular)
January - Blue Christmas
February - Holly Jolly Christmas
March- Angels we have heard on high
April - The First Noel
May - Joy to the world
June - Free choice
July - Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!
August - Santa Clause is coming to town
September - Oh Holy Night!
October - I Saw Three Ships
November - Jingle Bells
December - Free Choice

Theme Three:

ANY ORNAMENT YOU LIKE FROM JUST CROSS STITCH CHRISTMAS ORNIE MAGAZINE FROM 2001 TO 2010
('cos I found my DVD when I was cleaning up my Girl's Nest in preparation for the BIG MOVE!)

January - 2009
February - 2008
March- 2007
April - 2002
May - 2001
June - FREE CHOICE
July - 2006
August - 2005
September - 2010
October - 2003
November - 2004
December - FREE CHOICE

Remember: You can choose Theme One, Theme Two OR Theme Three or you can do ALL THREE (if you are Christmas Crazy!) OR you can dip in and out of each one as the mood takes you - it is entirely up to you. (Also, don't forget we love, love, love a good shoehorn into a theme!)

Also, here is the new SAL badge for 2018. Please feel free to add it to your blog, if you so wish.

Really looking forward to joining y'all this year! I'm stitching Theme #3 and I've already got Jan-May projects chosen! Now let's see if I can get them stitched!

Loved this SAL last year. I am going to participate again. One question, why the badge show 2018 and not 2019?

Love the new themes! Hope everyone doesn't mind that I try to catch up with last years before I start on this years :)
