Honeybee's January Finish


Hello, all! I'm new to the SAL this year but have been blogging about stitching for six years. I've chosen to stitch Theme #3, and this is my ornament from the 2009 JCS Ornament issue, "Peace 2009" by Sue Hillis. It's stitched on 28 ct. raw linen with Classic Colorworks Sweetest Heart and Rainbow Gallery Petite Treasure Braid Powder Pink PB 28. The beads are Mill Hill 3005.

I am really enjoying seeing everyone's finishes and am excited about this SAL. I hope I can keep up--we're moving in April!

What a beautiful finish. I've done this one too. It's perfect for stitchers like us. I have not fully finished this yet and am a little intimidated by the shape. Thanks for sharing it!
