Serendipitous Jo's February Ornament - Snow

I have decided to stitch the Christmas Cubes by Primitive Hare as my Christmas project this year.  I looked at the themes which Kaye had chosen for this year and all but two are covered by the Cubes.  Perfect!  It does mean that I will stitch the letters out of order but I can cope with that.

Here is Cube Two - R:

I'm stitching them on a lovely 35 count linen called Country Mocha by Willow Fabrics using the recommended DMC.  I have changed the white to B5200 rather than Blanc because it will pop more against the neutral fabric.  I also changed his carrot nose to a more orange colour than the charted olive.

And here are the two so far:

I absolutely love these!! There isn't much from the Primitive Hare that I don't like. And I love your color changes :)

The funny thing is, I didn't order these! I ordered the Hallowe'en Cubes but Isabelle sent the wrong chart. Of course, once I had them in my hand I couldn't send them back so I paid for them and she sent me the correct chart! Plus a little something as an apology for getting the order wrong. She is such a nice person!

Very sweet, and how convenient that you had another cube design that covers a monthly theme :)
