DJ's February Update

Hello Fellow Stitchers!  I can't believe it's the middle of February already...this year seems to be whizzing by!  It's been a busy month here, but I'm still finding time to stitch...yay!  I hope I can keep it up!  This year I've only been working on two themes.  The first is the 12 Days of Christmas, which I chose the 12 Dragonlets of Christmas 2012 by Dragon Dreams.  Here is Two Turtle Doves...I really thought this one was cute!  It's stitched on 28 count Natural over two.  I'm going to include a picture of the first one I stitched too...as I was able to get it finally finished!

For my second theme I chose Theme Three and this month was a free choice.  So I picked Snowflakes Falling from the 2002 JCS Ornament issue.  It's stitched on 40 count flax over two.  I'm not sure why I like snowmen so much, but this one was too cute not to stitch!

I hope everyone is keeping safe...and if you are in the US...I hope this polar vortex takes a hike soon....brrr.  Stay warm folks!  Happy Stitching!

Thank you for taking part in the Christmas Ornie SAL this month. Two great choices for February - I love that snowman, too.

Yes time is whizzing by, I'm not sure how when we're in lockdown. Your stitching is always lovely, this is such a great SAL to join in with, so many different stitching opportunities.

Lovely stitching. I had to smile at your snowman. I love stitching snowpeople, but rarely get the opportunity, as it's summer at Christmas time here.

Lovely stitching. I love those Dragonlets. Can't wait to see them by the end of the year.
