November Dragonlet

I'm late with my November post, even though it was finished on time. So here is Dragonlet #11, piping bravely.

From Dragon Dreams 12 Dragonlets of 2012.

Leaping Lords!

Or in this case, dragonlets. Number 10 is done.

And here's what the whole project look like to date.

I'm W-A-Y Behind!

And doesn't that sound familiar? My last post was for June, so this will be a short catch up.

July is done

and August just needs the back stitching so I hope to post him soon and hopefully have September done by month end. Wish me luck!

May's Rings

And I made it before the month ended!

Here is Dragonlet #5, sleepy wee fellow.

Sorry it's so blurry - it looked in focus when I snapped it. And here is the overall design.

I think I may get my tree shape after all. After I finish #6 and when I move the hoop I'll take another overall shot and see what's what.

April - I'm Late

I'm late, but I did get my 4th Day done.

And as you can see, a few stitches of 5th Day as well.

Here's how the whole project looks at the moment. The fabric colour in the pictures is terrible - it's really a lovely opalescent green.

The row I'm on will have 4, 5 and 6, then I'll drop down and put 7 - 10, then drop again and centre 11 and 12. Hopefully it will have something like a Christmas tree shape when I'm done.

I also want to say I'm sorry I seem to have disappeared from the blogging world, but I'm dealing with a number of health issues and my energy levels are very low. Hopefully I will be back soon.

Two Turtledoves

And February's Dragonlet is done. This is definitely a record for me.

Terrible picture of the fabric, but I do love the turtle doves.

Catching Up

Got a couple of finishes to share.

My September ornie finish finished.

And my October angel as well.

She may get a face - I'm still thinking about that.

September Is Done

Here is my September ornie.

Not finished finished because all those supplies are still in an unpacked box or 2 or 3, but ready. And I got started on my October angel.

Here's to more stitching time and catching up!

I'm Back!

Nothing to post I'm afraid - haven't picked up a needle for so long I almost think I've forgotten how to stitch! Literally I haven't put even one stitch into anything since I posted that tiny little square about what, 3 weeks ago? However, the rooms required for functioning are unpacked, sorted and box free. And the cats are home, so the important stuff can start again.

My plan is to finish my September ornie before I start October's and hopefully be all caught up by the end of the month. I have found the bag with my ornie threads, fabric and pattern so that should get me off to a good start.

Hope you all had a terrific September - and I am so glad to be back!

Tiny Bit

I'm up to my ears in boxes and " what am I going to do with this?", but I did manage to sneak in a couple of very short stitching sessions. Here's what I got done.

I'm sticking to the same set of patterns 'cause it was just too tricky to go rooting for floss.

Just Under The Wire!

He's done in August, by the skin of my teeth!

September's chart was already picked, but I may change it to one in this series so I don't have to pull different floss or go hunting for more fabric.

Not sure how active I will be in September. No matter what, I have to be packed and out of here by the 30th and I still don't have a place. Have two apartments to look at on Wednesday, so please cross your fingers.

Getting Closer

This is where Santa is as of this morning.

He's coming along very nicely and hopefully will be done this week. This business of trying to find a place to live is cutting into my stitching time HUGELY.

Loving the variety of styles of Santa everyone is picking.

I've Sarted

Finally got a chance to start my Santa last night. Almost got the border finished before I headed to bed.

I'm really enjoying this.

My Choices

Well, everything is gathered for my start, but I won't actually get any stitches in until I finish the small I'm working on for an exchange.

But, here is fabric, floss and a bit of the pattern.

No, I really won't be using ALL those colours, but the key was for the set (11 patterns) and it was easier to pull them all rather than try and figure out which symbols/colours were for this particular chart.
