DJ's March Madness

Hi everybody!  Between Wedding planning (for my DS), estate settlement, viruses, and all the usual craziness, I was actually able to finally catch up on my Christmas stitching!  Yippee!!  This year I've limited myself to only two of the themes.

First off is Theme one...who can resist the 12 Days of Christmas?  I sure can't!!  This is Three French Hens from the Stoney Creek Magazine Winter 2019.

And for Theme Three the suggestion this month was for a pattern from the 2012 JCS Ornament Issue, and I chose Peace Pin Button 2012 by Jeanette Douglas.  This is stitched on 40 ct. over two (with the lettering stitched over one) light mocha.   It's tiny but I love how it came out!

Hopefully things will slow down soon and I'll be able to get these things finished into ornaments!  Wish me luck!!  I hope you are all staying safe, keeping healthy, and finding comfort in your stitching!  It's hard to help plan a wedding set for May when you are sheltering from home.  I keep praying we will be back to normal soon, and my son and his lovely Bride to be will be able to get married and sent on their honeymoon.  It's definitely a year to remember!  Happy Stitching everyone!

Both your ornaments are very sweet. I love the Peace pin, and your chicken is much nicer than mine. Best wishes for DS's wedding. Exciting times!

I love both your ornaments this month, especially the 12 Days of Christmas one. I am also doing the 12 days; but a different designer. The Peace ornament is very pretty.
