DJ's last minute dash...
Eeek! I'm always squeaking in at the last minute! I'm truly lucky I finished these in time, so here goes....
For March, Christmas Carols, I misread the Carol we were supposed to stitch....so I stitched Hark the Herald Angels Sing by Mary Beal. This was stitched over one on 32 count natural, and I have an idea how to finish it but that will take a while.
For the JCS 2007 ornament issue, I stitched Noel from The Sweetheart Tree. I love all the different specialty stitches, so this was a fun one! This was stitched on 32 ct natural opalescent.
And for the 12 Days of Christmas, I'm continuing on with these from the Cross Stitch and Country Crafts Magazine from March 1989 issue. Here is Three French Hens, stitched over one on 28 ct. white.
So there you have it!! I hope I can keep up with the challenge. Wish me luck!!

Mary's March Ornament
Well, I got my March Ornament done quicker than I thought I would!
This is A Star, A Star from The Sunflower Seed, found in the 2007 issue of Just Cross Stitch. I love the carol it is from, "Do You Hear What I Hear?" I used all the recommended supplies. This was my first real use of Rainbow Gallery sparkly floss and it was nice to work with. I see why people like it!

Mary's February Ornament
I realize that I never showed you all my February Ornament. Oops!
Here is is Cherished Stitches contribution to the JSC 2008 issue: Holly Biscornu.
I picked my own shades of red and green, and used linen and beads from stash. I mean, it's red and green so it's not a big leap to pick your own colors on this one! I had a leftover bit of cording that was perfect for the hanger but I did go buy the buttons for the middle and was happy to find the perfect thing! It is the exact same design on both sides.
See you in a few days with my March design! :)

Serendipitous Jo's March Ornament
This year I am stitching the ornaments from the older issues of Just Cross Stitch. I chose my 12 and started them all for the 12 Days of Stitchmas 2018.
For March I chose The Sweetheart Tree's Noel Christmas Bellpull from the 2007 issue. Here's my start from the 3rd Day of Stitchmas:
Here is the finished design:
I used the DMC conversion in the magazine and changed the beads to ones I had in my stash:
I also had to rechart the year using other Sweetheart Tree ornaments to get the right numerals.
Here is February's design fully finished for my scrapbook:

Suzanne's March Ornament
Hello Everyone!
I'm posting my March Christmas ornament keeping with my Just Cross Stitch Magazine theme. This is Joy by Lizzie*Kate from the 2007 Christmas Ornament issue.
I used an oval die cut, pom-pom ribbon from my stash. The back is a simple oval from red stiffened felt.
Can't wait to see everyone's stitching this month.
