DJ's May and June Ornaments

It's been a madhouse at DJ's Digs...I finished May's ornaments but didn't post because I was hoping to fully finish them before I posted.  Well....I finished one, but not the other...so I guess I'll just post one unfinished.  Maybe next month I'll get it fully finished.  Anyway...here are May and June ...

For 12 Days of Christmas I am working on 12 Dragonlets of Christmas by Dragon Dreams.   I finished 5 Golden Rings for May and 6 Geese-a-Laying for June.

For the JCS Ornaments May was from the 2014 issue, so I chose Strawberry and Pineapple Christmas Welcome by Olde Colonial Designs.  This is to be made into a strawberry, and I have the interfacing ironed on...but still need to stitch and stuff.  I'll make sure to post pictures when I finally get around to fully finishing it.

The JCS Ornament for June was a free choice so I chose 2013 Baby Cardinal by The Victoria Sampler.  I had hoped to finish it in a pocket watch frame, but it was too big...so a round ornament is how I finished it.

So I guess that's it for this month.  I hope everyone is doing well.  Happy Stitching!

I really love the dragonlet finishes. I enjoy seeing them every month. Please do show the strawberry finish. I have picked out one to stitch myself and I've never finished a strawberry. I think they are so adorable when finished. That little baby cardinal finish is adorable!

Beautiful ornaments! Too bad about your baby cardinal being too big but I think they way you finished it is lovely :)
