Rita's Nov. 2016...Oh Christmas Tree

It's going to be busy this month so I stitched my ornament early.  This is Winter Forest by Little House Needleworks.

It reminded me of the years we'd take the whole family to a Christmas tree farm to cut down our Christmas tree for the year.  Good times!

That's a great design. We usually get our tree from a container in the car park of the supermarket! But they come from a farm only a few miles away so they are local.

Oh, I do really like this design. We have a fake tree, with fibre optic lighting as I am allergic to real ones - :(

Oh I love this! It is gorgeous :o)
Unfortunately we have always had a fake tree every year for Christmas... it is too hot where I live in Australia to have a real Christmas tree chopped down and bought inside! But we do sometimes decorate our conifers out in the front yard so maybe that fits in with having a real tree! :o)
